Mercia Computing was started as Mick Clifford Computer Services as a sole trader in 1995, and aims to provide local businesses with the IT support service that large companies would enjoy from their own internal support department.

In 2001 Mick Clifford Computer Services was changed to a limited company at the same time the name was changed to Mercia Computing Limited.

Mercia Computing has always provided stable conditions for itself and its clients. The company is entirely self funded and on the technical front is always looking at the emerging technologies that will provide its clients with novel, but rigorously tested solutions to reoccurring business problems.

Over time we have added other IT services that we have found that many small businesses require to function smoothly. These services may be supplied directly or through third parties and are of such a high quality that they will enhance your company's smooth running.
